How Do I make a custom logo?

I am trying to do some RP HM Treasuries and I need a logo. I was wondering, how do I make one that doesn't have rubbish on it like the logo website name printed all over it? Thanks

What sort of logo are you trying to make? Are you trying to use one for a company that already exists or make one from scratch?

A custom one. I would rather make it myself from some sort of decent app or website - but if that isn't possible then someone could make it for me, it would be great

Designing a logo won't be particularly easy if you've never done it before.

PM me what you need and I'll see if I can get it done. It won't be top-tier level logo design as, well, that shit costs money, but I'll throw something together you can use for RP.
