How Do I install AltisLife?

This is a mod i really would love to install onto my arma 3. I've tried looking for tutorials, i've tried using Arma3Sync keeps saying Url Not Reachable. Can anyone help me get this all setup and working? =)

Its not a mod, luckily, you just have to filter altis life on the server bar and join altislife.co.uk's one!
