How Do I contact an administrator

I would recommend going onto TeamSpeak and joining the 'Wating For Support' channel on there!

TeamSpeak: ts.roleplay.co.uk

It is one of the top channels.

 
If your mic is broken, you should get it fixed I guess. It won't be easy for an admin to have a ''conversation'' with someone only using typed messages, as things easily get looked over or not taken to their merit when it's written. Add to that the possible language barrier (dont know where you're from) and I'd say a conversation without voice is not going to be very helpful. If you can't produce a working microphone, maybe you can try put your question here to see if someone can answer it accordingly for you. Also, just a quick tip, if your mic is broken, don't go ingame. You can't play without a working microphone and it will lead to a kick and/or ban eventually. Best not to go there =)
