How do house sales work?

If i own a house I want to sell and i stick up an ad for it on here, how does the winning party actually purchase the house from me? Transfer me the money and then i sell the house and they buy it off the market then?

Do they keep the existing storage crates?

I believe the winner would have to transfer the funds to you and then you sell the house for them to buy. The storage crates will be deleted too so they won't get those.
