How do Factories work?

I saw this feature upon returning after a long break from the game/server. I am interested to see how they work and what they can be used for etc... and before i stopped playing i think i bought a house however i am not sure and would like to know if its possible to find my house/find out if i own a house? any help will be much appreciated thanks

You probably dont own a house anymore becouse you didnt pay the rent

In order to get money from a run you now have to first collect something process it at the correct processor and then sell it to the correct buyer.

If you are talking about the factory north of Kavala, that is used to make computers, if you wonder what you need for PCs just go there and check it yourself as i dont remember.

a house is something you rent not buy. so if you did not pay the rent in time. the house is gone. 
if you rent it the first time it comes with 1 month rent. after that you can pay rent from 1 day up to 2 months. 
The factory is were you can make computers. a drug called spice. And a Blating charge to open the vault of the h.m bank in kore. 
To see what components you need to make these items. you gonna have to check yourself. as i dont know them out of my head.
