It seems like no one is manning the desk, in the hanger for heli/planes. And also no one in the car place either. Before I could purchase directly from the hanger there was a buy button but looks like there is no price or buy button now and no one there to buy off. If anyone can explain the mechanics of it I am happy to find out in RP just want to make sure they are actually purchasable at the moment before going round asking everyone.
