How can i apply for NHS?

well, ive always wanted to join the nhs since I started playing ALUK which was over two months ago. But I just joined rebels and played along. I was getting bored of being a rebel and I really wanted to try something new so I looked all over the website and I could find nothing (that I could apply for) about the NHS. I was just wondering could anyone give me any hints on to where I can find applications on the website?
