How do I get a private garage? Does it come with a house or is it separate?

How can I rob houses? What items do I need? Bolt cutters? Charges? Picklocks?

There are civilian skills, do rebel skill exist too?

You get the home owners license and you go up to a garage anywhere on the map and you press Windows key, after that's done you can see a menu pop up saying you can buy it or sometimes it just says close menu 

When you can buy it it will take the money out your bank (500k for a garage) Sometimes people own them and you can't buy them and all it will say is close menu.

Garages do not come with any houses you will have to buy does yourself aswell. Remember you can have a maximum of 3 houses/garages so let's say 2 garages 1 house and you have reached the limit of owning 3 buildings. 

To rob a house all you need is a boltcutter and for the owner to be online. The alarm will go off once you start cutting the door open and the owner will be alerted. 

When it comes to the skills the ones you see as a civ can also be used by rebels. But no there  is no skills that comes just for rebels

To get a garage or a house you need a "home owners license".

Houses and garages are bought separately.

To buy a garage or a house you need to go into it and press 'windows key' and if the option "Buy House" comes up then its available.

To rob houses you need bolt cutters...

There are no rebel skills as civilian skills are merged with rebel skills.

You can spawn at your house right? What about garages, can you spawn in them too? And how much can you store in a large crate? Can you store only virtual items or for example guns too?

Yes,you can spawn at your house,about spawning at garage i don´t know as i never owned one. Large crate can hold 700 or 800 i can´t remember now the exact amount of virtual weight and you can also store guns,clothes,etc. in it.
