If I were to sell my lovely house on the island what % of my invested money will I receive back?

e.g. my house cost me £1,500,000 how much would i get back if i sold it?

If I am not mistaken (I don't think I am) you get 50% of what you paid. In your case, you'd get 750k.

hmm. okay thanks so much! no point in selling my house then if I am only receiving 50% back

If the house is valuable enough (close to a good drug dealer eg Kavala) or if it has a nice look eg driveway/garage also owned by you, you could probably sell it over the forums for a good amount (someone pays you 2 mil then you sell the house/garage and then they buy it)
