Houses. I need a run down.

I know you need a license, but then where do you get a house? Can you share a house? Where do you get a garage? How much? Fill me in please

When you enter a house, press the windows key. It will give the option "buy house" if it's avaiable.

You can't share a house in that sense that you and your friends can spawn in, however sharing keys is possible. Granting your friends access to your home and crates.

Garage act the same way as a house, except there is no space for crates. It merely is for a spawn point and to take a car out. All the garages(good ones atleast) have  been taken. So dont search too much haha.

The property (house/garage) can range from 500K ~ 3,5 Mil +.

Well to be able to break into someone's house there has to be two conditions fulfilled.

• You need Bolt Cutters
  
• The Owner of the house has to be online
  

Also to access the "T" inventory of the house you only need to bolt cut one crate. That gives you access to the house virtual inventory.
