On the map... You have to fly around find the house you're interested in and then check the door, if it opens it's purchasable using the Windows Key, if it doesn't someone else already owns it. Goodluck!

There everywhere, you can buy pretty much any house you see on the map. go up to it and hit your windows key

There is a house called "Slum House" its 300k to purchase and its rent is exceptionally cheap. An example of one is behind Aggelochori fuel iirc.

They can be found basically everywhere outside major towns and cities.
