Hey that question isnt to be answered by me but i think they cant take anything out the house since the boxes dont show up...
(not to sure about the first one)
and for the second question:
He combat logged... if you have recording you can get staff to check who is the owner of the house.
EDIT: I'm sure about my first answer, if you are in the lobby you can switch slots from civ to blufor in a second so it wouldn't make sense since if you are online as a cop or NHS the boxes don't show. (Also have tested it a couple of times.)

Hello, As Slimshady said, if you are able to break into the first door and the player logs off midway though you can see it would be combat logging to prevent his items being stolen, as for just being connected in lobby i think you need to spawn in for the homes to be robbed i could be wrong though.
