If someone starts bolt cutting your house, is it considered initiation?

not as far as i believe. Initiate before you do anything

No, because if that were the case you could simply walk over and blow their head off, whereas they wouldn't have a clue who the owner is off the top of their head and so would mean only you could shoot first and not them. Always initiate unless you're in the redzone. (I'm incredibly tired, sorry if that made no sense whatsoever).

No. Always engage roleplay befpre shooting. Even if someone is robbing your house, if you want you can be calm about it or you can be aggresive. Just makre sure you give high quality roleplay before you go shooting people. 

Only time you don't have rp is in the redzone.
