I bought myself a house for 1.5mil, had rent for 30 days, then I logged in one day and the house was gone. I once looked at the rent menu, and i couldnt buy any rent foward like 3 months. Maybe i didnt have enough money, but is it possible to buy house rent for like 3 months irl?

No, when you buy a house you get 30 days, when it goes down to 10 days remaining, you can rent it for up to 60 days again. This is so people do not hog houses for a year in case they go inactive.
