House near green zones

What are the pros and cons of having a house near the green zone?

Pros:

Close to the green zone

Cons:

Close to where the house robbing hobos situate themselves?

Most of the houses near/in the green zone will get robbed every day the houses are good if you want to place drugs in there for a small amount of time but if you where going to keep items/guns inside the house for a long time I would recommend grabbing yourself a house somewhere where no one goes e.g. in the middle of nowhere.
