I have a small house in sandy shores (cheapest one on the market) and when i enter it sometimes I appear in the doorway but stood on top of the house. If the house was a cuboid I would be on the roof effectively. I think maybe the X axis of the spawn point needs to be lowered so that i spawn inside the house. As it is i can fix it by walking off the "side" of the house to fall outside of the field of play and this spawns me into the house in the correct position - like it is a default reset position or something similar. I hope you understand what i mean. it doesnt happen every time but it happens maybe 1 in 3.
also sometimes when entering the house and leaving again i have issues accessing a vehicle inventory which is parked outside. I dont know if this is anything you can help with though. often when it happens i relog, but i cannot accurately reproduce this bug for testing.
