Brief Summary:
I have an house in the City that is an 5k storage with an small house interior, the house Should in my opinion be an 10k storage with 3 stories do to the outside being as large as outer houses or even bigger then other houses with 3 stories and 10k storage. The inside of the House does not realy match with- the outside, so it dosent make that much sense in my opinion

If possible a 10 k storage 3 floors house interior would match the outside. In case Im ready to pay whatever in game money that asked.
As seen in the pictures there is 3 stories on the outside 1 basement area/garage, 1 middle floor and 1 top floor so It makes sense for it to be an 3 story house

Like in the pictures I sent above there is no big differences from my house and this one, but mine look more realistic to be a 3 floor do to the outside matching 3 floors and it would be perfect if mine would be 10k storage like this one

The Pros:
It would be more realistic and better if the inside of the house got bigger so the outside matches the inside space. This change would not only affect me because if i sell the property in ex 1 year the Future buyer would enjoy it do to it being more realistic.
In my position I would love to have an bigger inside because the house location being the best in my opinion. The house already has an really good "outside place" were I can host partys and the property even has an pool.
Another good thing from my perspective is that the price of the property would probely rise but im wiling to pay In game currency for the change
The Cons:
If the house would get an "uppgrade ex to 10 k storage 3 floors" It would make pepole wanting it more because most people- wants an 10 k storage house so pepole would offer more money for the property wich in that chase can make me money but like said before Im ready to pay in game currency
Does this suggestion change balance on the server ?
If the house gets fixed to an ex 10 k storage and 3 floors more people would want to buy the property witch will result in the house value going up in price. Because of this I can pay in game money for the "fix" (if approved) because in the end of the day I dont do this for the money. House price could change so I need to pay more property tax money each month to even out
