Doesn't say so in the rules you can be banned for it, so I think it would be up to the staff members discretion. But I guess it would be fail RP, to drive into a bluezone (rule state you have to RP in here as if it is heavily manned at all times) and casually store drugs there. Besides, you are unable to defend it against any police raid and you are unable to defend yourself storing drugs there when the police come for a ''talk''. You can also not run back to your house when you are being chased.

It would all in all be a pretty stupid spot for owning a house for anything else than a spawnpoint and possibly storing legal goods. But who does that.... Good luck wasting your money whoever bought this for this much money xD
