House + Garage Buying

I’m looking to buy a house with a garage and I’m wondering are garages that have a locked back door brought? And can all garages be brought separate or can some only be brought with a house? As I’m seeing nice houses but all the garages next door seem like they have been brought :/

But yes anything with a locked door is a bought house / garage.

Not necessarily, if you search you will find . I myself know many houses + garages in prime locations because I spent quite some time searching . Also it is not important that they are nexto another as you can spawn in both house and garage.
