What Rule Was Broken ?: Exploiting/Fail Rp
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, the officer multiple times stunned him/warned him , but he kept going on with changing animation while being restrained.

As i was the officer in question i will submit video evidence, i gave the guy multiple chances to stop but sadly have to report him.
