Horrible ATC messages

"wasp heli get away from the airport or u will be shot down"

"blackfish get away or be shot"

Just a couple of recent examples of police ATC messages. Now I get you want to keep you message short, but come on guys, we can do better than this!

In the UNMC we have the rules around ATC:

- 1st msg: (Heli-type / paintjob) Please return to checkpoint / land / whatever.

-2nd msg: (Heli-type / paintjob) Second warning.

- Warning shots

-3rd msg: (Heli-type / paintjob) You have been warned, follow command or be shot down.

Please stop using the system for "initiation", always fire tracers.

I hope to see this implemented for everyone using the ATC system, because a glorified land / leave or die is way below the standard we have on our server.

But seriously it is horrendously bad sometimes. Put some effort into it at least. 

1. "This is the Altis Security Air Traffic Control to the Coloured Hummingbird. You are in violation of X. Please follow these instructions or appropriate measures will be taken."

I'm sorry but "police", come on, because of one sample you have provided doesn't make the other 400 bad too. Name and shame, then we'll sort them out.

 
Now sure some of the ATC messages aren't too bad, but I do notice a lot of them are "initiation" on the first msg without any warning shots. Just think we can improve a lot om them is all.

 
White and Blue Orca, this is the National Air Traffic Service for Altis. You are violating international airspace in the Queen's Lands. Please divert your course to a heading of 275 immidiately or you will be considerd a threat of the National Airspace of Altis and you will be shot down. Leave the area, I say again, leave the area. Acknowledge.

To be honest Reece that ATC msg is what I would love to see! Some actual effort instead of: Leave or get shot!

 
We will look into implementing some sort of standard message that police can use (format), but with all 400 people it may take a while for it to become commonplace for it to be used, also it's going to get quite boring for everybody seeing the same message from the police over and over again, but that seems to be what you all want us to do.

Of course there's no need for an exact message that everyone sends but in my opinion having something that looks official and is not just a simple land or die "initiation" would be fantastic.

I think it could add quite alot for borth parties.

Just don't make it heavily enforcable to where police, especially lower ranks are afraid to put in any form of " Banter " into there heli messages. I appreciate a good effort message with a laugh than some official " Please leave lalalala ", like Reece posted.

Well this is going to be locked

but to actually relate to the original thread I find that most ATC messages are fine, there's a few in there that like you've shown are just terrible but most are good. It's like everything to be honest, nothing's completely perfect and I'm sure police command will be rolling out some punishment system for bad messages in the future
