"You may not write in sidechat that you are robbing the bank. This is your operation with the friends/members that are there with you. You may not call for backup, only those on site at the beginning of the heist may take part."

Does that apply to cops as well as civilians?

Also rule 13B;

[SIZE=medium]"Filling your vehicle up with gold bars from the treasury without going outside the building is considered exploiting (Punishment is a permanent ban)[/SIZE]"

Would that apply if I was to park a vehicle next to a door to fill it?

1) As Delta said, police are a whitelisted gang and any police may respond to a bank op.

2) It sounds to me like, yes, this is exploiting, you are putting gold bars in the vehicle without any risk to yourself, especially seeing as you can enter the vehicle from inside the building. I just wouldn't do that to be on the safe side.

2) Well think of it like this, if you are able to put them in IRL then you are able to put them in the car in ARMA(Rule was intended for people who fill up cars from behind the windows etc.)
