This house is one of the closest houses to the HM it is also one of the best houses that contains TWO yes TWO windows that you can have a delightful view of the hill. Furthermore, the neighbors have moved out since the gun shots were disturbing them frequently and they have also given you the freedom of using it whenever you want! Basically I've included some sick screenshots of active HM occurring which are pretty interesting and give you bidders a perspective of how many people you can kill (BTW sorry for that gang that was being taken pictures of by me aiming at you guys heh didn't mean it just wanted to show the bidders) anyway some other pictures show a nice little cop going up the stairs. the distance is around 600m-800m which should be an easy shot for any rebel or sniper or in general a good shot, unlike me off course im just a real estate agent
