I know in the rules it states that you can't load the gold bars from inside the building but what if i put the rear of the truck next to a window/door and RP'd it as if i was loading it through that window/door or would the still be considered and exploit.

sadly not mate, you cant RolePlay around rules.

Yep still considered exploiting! I wouldn't risk it if I were you. There's bulletproof glass in every window anyway (Explainable from an RP perspective)!

Next to a door is perfectly fine as long as the door is actually open!

Yes you can do it if the vehicle is parked next to the door and the door is OPEN
