Description of what happened : Hey(Brah) and Jeroen where talking in side chat. They also used immature behaviour, racism and bullying to the people telling them to stop. This is not acceptable what so ever and I feel these two should have a permanently banned with no appeal for these actions. Jeroen said he could not stop however that is no excuse for the racism and language he used. However in Hey(Brah) case you could tell he was doing it because he name disappeared when he let go of caps lock and it come back when he started speaking again.
What Rule Was Broken ? :
1A) Bullying is punished by a permanent ban without appeal - Hey(Brah) and Jeroen1B) Racism is punished by a permanent ban without appeal - Hey(Brah) and Jeroen
1C) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and punished by a ban - Hey(Brah) and Jeroen
4A) Using or broadcasting intelligence on sidechat or teamspeak to influence actions in game - Hey(Brah)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting? : I texted Hey(Brah) at the time to stop and also many people in side told them both to aswell. This is just a clear case of trolling and breaking multiple rules and I felt even if I asked them on TeamSpeak they would not be able to explain there unacceptable behaviour.
