Time & Date this happened: 26/12/2014 02:29am UK Time
Description of what happened: I was in kavala at the bank, all of a sudden I was being VDMed by a random person, as soon as I was able to get up he got out of his truck, I then chased him and eventually caught up to him and shot him in the leg, knocked him out and restrained him. I then started to proceed to the Police HQ in Kavala, and hand him over to the Police as a citizes arrest, but he then decides to combat log.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Didnt get a chance, because he combat logged and couldnt find his name on TS3
