Description of what happened: Well there was an hacker who just started killing people off in kavala square, when i got there I saw a lot of "hobos" picking up guns and looting from dead officers and BH, I was taking weapons off people, when i noticed this guy restrained in a corner with spikes ou, so I decided to go and have a chat with him about stealing police equippment, and of course he just start to swear at me, so decided to take him downtown, as soon as i put him in the car and I drive off he manges to kill himself (probably jumping out of the car I'guessing?),and not ten seconds later he's there again and steals my car (I eventually caught him again)
now on a sidenot; to be fair the hacker was lagging the server out and doing random shit so his deat/break of NLR could have not been it's fault, but he still tries to troll around with spikes ( while restraned),and if need have footage of him breaking RP aswell (minor thing but yeah, it's just to show how this guy is on the server for the sole purpose of trolling)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: nope he clearly didn't give two shit about breaking the rules and I'm not to keen on being sweared at by a troll
