There's a lot of reason why u might get kicked from the server. You should tell us little bit more information about your issue so we could have better look on your problem.
1. Check that you don't have any Mods installed because our server is mod free.
2. Check your ping there is ping limit on the server I believe its around 200

What kick message does it say? It a signature check fail? Battleye kick?
- If it's a signature/key check kick it means you are running mods that are not accepted by the server, on the Arma 3 Launcher, select 'Play without mods'.
- If it's a batleeye kick, it could be your ping is too high for the server, OR you may be banned (unlikely as you have never player Arma 3 before).
- If it's just you were kicked from the game, or there is a long loading screen before your kick message, try verifying your game cashe.
