With that you probably mean 'Join one of the white-listed factions on the server'This section of the forums is what you are searching for: https://www.roleplay.co.uk/forum/110-factions/
Otherwise join of the CIV (Civilian) slots on the server, they don't require you to be white-listed. It's the bottom option if you are in the ARMA 3 Server Lobby.
