Why do these keep installing, i keep unistalling and more keep popping up!

Do you run any virtual machines? or a VPN? Because the TAP Driver is VPN related I believe.. (Tunnel Adapter Protocol or something)

What Motherboard do you have?

Do you have an intern or external  network card?

Do you have the latest driver version for your motherboard?

plz answer this <3

After further researching seems like you've downloaded some shitty software, have you downloaded any of these softwares listed?:

TrustConnect

LivePCSupport

EDIT: And from even more researching it seems like you might have downloaded a kind of spyware, so what I recommend you do is change your passwords and reset your PC, if you want to take the chance with Anti-malware programs and remove the stuff off your system, follow this link: https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/e0653755-531d-45a6-8221-46e552328d8d/unwanted-tapwindows-adapter-v9-and-tapwin32-adapter-oas-drivers-installing?forum=w8itpronetworking

Good luck!

Driver Management concluded the process to install driver oemwin2k.inf_amd64_5beed46f3540956e\oemwin2k.inf for Device Instance ID ROOT\NET\0009 with the following status: 0x0.

This is one of the events of the TAP driver

What is the goal you are trying to achieve? Do you have network bridging(multiple network cards in PCIE slots)?

Didn't even notice this thread, sorry!

Done a bit of reading and from what I can tell, it's likely to be AutoKMS which is an activator used with Microsoft Office. Most people seem to simply be removing Microsoft Office and then removing the network adaptors...

So basically, if you're using a pirated version of Microsoft Office and used AutoKMS to activate it... it's probably that.

How can i remove the auto KMS?

How can i remove the auto KMS?
Well, that depends on how it was installed in the first place. Did you use Microsoft Toolkit? If so, you'll have to run it again and remove AutoKMS. This will likely stop your Microsoft Office working though. People are giving many solutions, but nothing seems to be a standard solution yet.

I assume simply removing office would do it too, up to you really.

Edit: Someone else said "it was caused by 'autokms.exe' in 'c:\windows\autokms\'

After deleting, no more trouble" - Could be worth a try too.
