You get there via boat ( or helicopter but that takes two guy; pilot and diver ) you then use the excavator you bought from the market (£2,500 I believe) and then swim down with all you diving gear on (wetsuit/rebreather/goggles and the optional SDAR for protection ) then swim to the wreck and press y>select excavator>use. Do this until you are full and so is your vehicle.
As a rip drop the useless shit as it pays for minimal and takes up room. Press Y>market and check the prices of the items you find to organise them.
