Help!

Okay so I was testing out keybinds for teamspeak whisper lists and somehow I've manged to get my keyboard to only type certain letters with accents! I've tried to restart my pc but it's still like it! When I get the on screen keyboard it it shows my alt is pressed, any way to get it unpressed?

Shift+Alt? I think thats the keybind to change language if you have multiple keyboard languages set up.
