Getting asked by police to stop when on my way to the hospital, one of the gangs kidnap me without any initiation at all due to me talking to the police and the police just say “fuck it you can have him”. 

At what point do i do I have any chance in that?

& no it isn’t recorded but messages were sent as it was happening (to the police), seems kind of pointless if I have no chance due to being basically ganged up on and then left to do shit all about it.

Not sure what the question is here but I can help you address this situation. 

Of course if it's not recorded everything you say can't really be backed up and therefore making a PCC (Police Complaints Comission) may become useless without evidence. However if you feel like you were treated badly you can always speak to any officer and they will try to help you find the Officers involved. 

Situations occur when Police may have to respond to other things and if you were taken by rebels without Police knowledge then there's not much we can do. 

Of course if the Police said "Fuck off you can have him" that is totally unacceptable within the Police Force and if found the Officer will be officially sanctioned.

The question was more what can I do about it, it feels pretty weak even bothering but when you have to look out for over powered gangs as well as next to no initiation and now the police too, there’s not any real course of what can be done as I’ll be told “there was initiation”. 

Initiation being “step out the car or your tyres will be disabled” then shooting straight away without giving any chance? Seems kinda bias.

And sorry, but the police asked me to get out the vehicle because the gang told them I’d done something (I was making my way to NHS Kavala, then the gang proceed to knock me out, tie, rob and kidnap me in front of the police who are all still stood around right next to me. 

Takes the phrase shoulda gone to specsavers a bit too far.

Well the answer to that is if you don't have video nothing really. If you saw his name above his head you cant use that as evidence that you got his name as that would be Meta-Gaming. Like I said before, you can always speak to someone / me if need be and I'll try and find the officer involved but yeah, not much you can do mate.

Also saying step out of the car or your tires will be disabled is valid initiation and if you don't comply they will shoot the tires so there is not much you can do there.
