I've always wondered how do you buy houses I've always wanted to know some say go up to a blue door or go to a house that's unlocked press windows but I've always wondered 

HOW DO YOU ACCUTALY DO IT?

Hello. You buy a house by walking up to it pressing the windows key or whatever key you bind to it, if it is avalible for purchase it will give a option to buy it. If it is not showing that option, then the house is already owned and not avalible for purchase.
