Help me Get unbanned (Format not used)

So i was driving down the road and i hit a wall and my wheel broke but i was still able to drive but i kept pulling me over to the right so i was still driving down the road going about 60kph and i went to check my map but i was still driving and i ran over someone and hit a car and i got banned can i get unbanned please
