@Zeito When I put it in all that happens is the fans spin as fast they can and nothing comes up on my monitors.

Yes, but it made my game crash every time I went, and you can ask multiple people about that. It has also now gotten a lot worse and doesn't even come on.

 
£260 for a new GPU :O my computer barely cost £60 jeezzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Can't you just get a cheap one and then save up yourself like most people have 2? 

My computer can barely run arma but I still cope with shit graphics etc, there are certain things in life which you should put first. In my opinion spending £260 on a GPU isn't it unless you have it as spare money for it. 

I have played on a £60 computer even since I joined this community. You don't need to spend £260 on a GPU if you do not have the money for it.

I had that problem and it turned out to be my brand new motherboard that I was installing. Either I installed it wrong or it came to me broken, but after I got replaced it my GPU stopped sounding like a plane and the computer ran fine

I really wouldn't mind what card I get as long as I can run Arma, I out that goal as a target doesn't mean I would get it.
