Well I just brought my first helicopter but it blew up, I went to the heli storage but it's not in there? once they blow up are they gone forever?

No, it will always stay in your garage after a restart. I believe the only time it wont stay in your garage after a restart is when it either gets scrapped by Police or by a hobo

Just wait until server restart, then check the garage again.

Blown your heli up? It will be back in your garage after the restart because Bob the garage man is a jack of all trades and can fix it!

(police can scrap it permenatley(civs can @ scrap yards when they return))
