If I buy and I crashed helicopter and the helicopter explodes after Restore Can I get it from the garage?

If you crash it and it blows up, you will get it back at the next restart, or if it gets impounded you will get it back the same restart.

You will only NOT get a vehicle back if it has been scrapped/ chop shopped.
