Helicopter flight: rules/law clarification

I can see the following regarding helicopter flight:
 
Flying = you may land anywhere but when flying please keep above 300m as helicopters are very loud and interrupt any roleplay taking place below you on the ground.
 
From my understanding of this rule, it's rooted primarily in the noise aspect, which I completely agree with since low hovering helicopters in Kavala make my ears bleed.
 
However, may I ask for some clarification on this, specifically on these examples and whether they are against the rules (i.e. bannable) or against the laws (i.e. RP/legal consequences):
 
  • Can I fly at lower than 300m when out of a town?
  • Can I fly at lower than 300m when moving at maximum airspeed over a town?
  • Can I fly at lower than 300m to intimidate a driver of a vehicle on a road (out of town) to stop his vehicle
 
Also, I didn't see anything about shooting from a vehicle, so this as well:
 
  • Can I fly at lower than 300m to shoot at a vehicle (outside of a town and obviously within RP rules, i.e. the driver was held up before, was told he would be shot if he drove off and we pursued in a helicopter)
 
I saw that there is section in the Law book which states that the misuse of aviation is to be added, but my request is mainly around whether it's against the rules or against the law.
 
Any clarification on these points would be greatly appreciated.

Flying = You may land in the greenzone however, The police will send any choppers found to the crusher, Landing in the greenzone is against the server law (not rules), The police will however open fire.
 
 
Those are the town rules.

So from what I get from all this, unless you're making a right nuisance of yourself in regards to noise, all other aspects of flight (other than ramming other helicopters/people/vehicles/buildings) is governed by the law?

Sorry to be so picky on this Ciaran, I just want to know whether I'm liable to be banned for flying nap of the earth outside of Kavala etc
