HEADSET HELP PLEASE!

Basically I have got the HyperX Cloud II which are great but i'm having one problem!

When I am in Arma 3, I could be talking and without me knowing my microphone will cut out and freeze, i don't know this has happened until people see me in game trying to speak...

The headset microphone will freeze but audio will be fine, when it has froze in arma my team speak freezes. I have to physically turn of my computer and restart in order for it to work?

I've had them for about month and a half and never had this issue until now?

This happened to, I broke my headset.

how did you break it, was this the exact same issue that you had ?

@Drew Are you aware if any driver updates have recently ran on your machine for the headset, please also check to see if the software is set to autoupdate on its own accord. Then if you could get us the software version your using and driver version (if available)
