Yes desync is quite common. Shame as it really breaks the immersion when you have to jump out of character onto side chat to stop the accusations of VDM.

Ahh and BIS said the update was for Multiplayer stability.

Granted, I do seem to be getting better frames lately, but it means nothing when you crash into a vehicle that is floating 100 foot in the air.
