1. The original poster and the person defending themselves may contribute to the post but keep it clean and act like adults.
 
2. Anyone who does not have any evidence who cannot provide value with evidence there post will be deleted, unless they are of a Admin rank.
 
3. Anyone who posts edited video to attempt to get the person they are reported in trouble will be banned.

Description of what happened: I was robbing two guys, and a random guy out of nowhere shot me and another guy without any warning or RP. I don't know why he shot some bystander, but it was rdm.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: no

Just a future tip.. don't start yelling "ENJOY YOUR BAN" in the chat cause you're breaking RP yourself... Just ask him in mobile for the reason he shot you, etc. #RPeverything.

I was doing some roleplay with some guys a couple nights ago where I was robbed by armed bandits. I had a team of security contractors observing me and after the robbery took place our sniper opened fire and took out the bandits.

This was claimed at the time as RDM and a small discussion took place in side chat as to whether it was RDM or not.

Our group was of the view that it was NOT RDM as they had already engaged me by means of a robbery they simply cleared up the trash.

Whilst Harwood who seems to have killed weow here is NOT a member of my security detail. I am wondering if this was a similar case of security protection? I noted the second guy to be killed by Harwood was also armed.

So any guidelines on this would be appreciated as I would feed this back to my team immediately.

If Harwood shot me only, I would of bin fine if I was robbing his friends, but there was no RP from him, no 'drop ur weapon or u will be shot from behind'.

He also killed a bystander who had nothing to do with this, which has ended in rdm for him and maybe for me.

Well I raged. I was trying to do some good RP. It ends up in me shot with no roleplay, and a bystander shot for no reason and lost his gear. You can clearly tell this guy has no intention of RP.

Just to let you know typing is for Out Of Character so you have every right to say that in chat, but maybe say "Enjoy your report" as he might not get banned.

Last police meeting we were told that OOC is never needed and from that point on against the rules.

Well he didn't RP. He shot a random guy. Rule breaking?

and I won't use typing as OOC anymore then ^^

Engaging with me thus engaging my security detail. In my case I made it clear that robbing me was a bad idea but he told me to stop talking so I complied.

In a similar case I DID RDM someone after being in the wrong place at the wrong time. They were an innocent party who walked into a warehouse where a mass shoot-out was taking place. Genuine accident, I shot first.

I compensated the guy personally and immediately as I was the one who took the shot. Apologies were made and the matter closed.

As for killing the bystander? That was the second person who was armed right? Perhaps guilty by association as per my case? If compensation is offered then just put it down to a misunderstanding and bad luck.

Anyway I wasn't having a personal dig at you or anyone else. I wasn't even in game when this took place. But asked the question to hopefully prevent myself or my team doing this ourselves. I just wanted to speculate what could have happened and asked for an official opinion on this.

Him being armed is irrelevant. It doesn't matter if he had LMG out, he was a bystander. There was 0 RP from Harwood. He shoots, then runs off. I don't like to roleplay then be shot by a guy who doesn't want to roleplay.

Report Approved - Awaiting admin confirmation and thread to be moved - I've approved this on the basis that there was no role play from the other side and the reported person has not come here to clear his name of any acts by suggesting he was a member/friend/associate of the person being robbed.
