HappyArrow (Action: Ban Issued 04/09/2014)

Name of player you're reporting (ingame name): HappyArrow
 
Description of what happened: I just spawned in and ran out on the road heard shots and started recording. I went to the gunshots and saw a guy that seemed to be shooting after somebody. I ask him who he is shooting after and he just kills me....
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: He got killed like 2 mins after and logged out. Did not respond to my texts anyway. 
  
Value of item/money lost: 70k, Katiba, ACP, clothing, cash, standard equipment rangefinders etc etc.

As clear as RDM gets. He will be banned, if he wants to offer his half of the story he can do so in the unban requests, but I doubt he will have much to offer. Topic locked, waiting upon Wilco to action.

Also good job with capturing it all that well. If only everyone else could do the same these would get sorted out much quicker.
