Description of what happened : Basically we was having RP in Kavala square with some ARAQs and we heard a car alrm go off we went to investigate and he was pick locking a car in the car shop ( green zone )
What rule was broken ? : 6E) You are unable to steal vehicles in a green or blue zone (Punishment is a ban)
