Description of what happened: Hank pulled one of us over as we had an illegal weapon on the streets. We then swarmed him and his two colleagues and told them to surrender. This was to maintain situational control in order to keep our gear and prevent any unnecessary problems. The two others complied, Hank chose to shoot one of us despite him being surrounded by Assault Rifles armed men outnumbered 4 to 1. He completely disregarded his value of life by shooting one of us despite him being surrounded, he put him and his over colleagues in danger. This is all evident in the video provided.

As well as this, he has apparently been tazing other cops repeatedly for no reason (possible to see this in the logs, this cannot be confirmed although I would recommend checking) and has also attempted to VDM by moving his car in front of our speeding vehicle on the highway.

What Rule Was Broken ?:

10C) Rubber bullets and tazers must be used unless lethal force orders are given from a high ranking officer. From what I could see, their was two training officers and Hank who did not have a tag. No one was around to give a kill order nor did they have the time to call it in on the radio.

3B) RDM - Random Death Match. Mentioned in description.

3A) VDM - Vehicle Death Match. At approximately 3:55pm, Hank attempted to run us off the road near Agios. No evidence available on the VDM as our ‘camera man’ had disconnected some time before.

3C) Trolling. (If found guilty of tazing cops. As I said, no solid evidence on this claim, just remember seeing it mentioned in chat)

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: As we survived with only one casualty on our side, we were more focussed on escaping the two squad cars that had approached us from the north of ‘Wilco Chem Factory’. After our escape we focussed on trying to get the whereabouts of where Hank was. We later made contact during the attempted VDM. After this the server had restarted and we could not make contact as he didn’t come back online.

As i said at the time, i didn't see i was surrounded, as far as i saw, it was a guy next to me, and you, seeing as you pointed a weapon at my officers, i can use lethal force. Its not RDM by any stretch as you were threatening our Lives. The VDM couldn't have happened as we stayed at wilco chem to RP with the medics. I did not taze any police officers as that can't be done. I will say i did taze a medic though as in RP we were asked by MD Milo to give STU San Miguel Shock Therapy for his Nerves. Seeing as there were no people dead we stayed and had some RP there. You also say i didn't come online, which i did, i was on until 6. 

I feel you're just sad that i told you to stop whining about losing your gear. Don't point guns at me, and you won't lose your gear. 

 
Thanks for the quick reply, although aggression isn't needed here. You have said why you have been tazing people, that seems logical as it was RP related but as I said that was what I had heard and thought to put on this thread after all it's what it's for. A plus on that for shock therapy. Sounds like a good RP sit. It's unfortunate that ours wasn't as near as good as what you have described.

The VDM happened on the way to Agios. It may have been accidental but our driver had to swerve off road to avoid your reversing into the highway. After that you initiated an RP session so we continued it from then on as a casual police chase.

It was to my understanding that no message was sent to us, including the one which you apparently sent in your reply. "I told you to stop whining about losing your gear."

May I also add that you had no police tag in game which could have lead people to think you weren't actually a cop. Im not sure if this is a requirement on the police force as I can't access the forum, but I will say that every other cop has a tag which allows us to see that he is an actual police unit.

This thread was made in focus on your disregard for life. You shot a suspect while your fellow colleagues were surrendering and as seen in the video, you took the shot as there was a civilian driving past. In a real life situation, a police officer would not shoot someone especially if there is a civilian and 2 cops involved. You put yourself in danger which resulted in you being killed, as well as that, the civilian could have had a tire punctured and caused a severe accident with a collision to your police cruiser.

When you think logically about your actions as a police officer, you had caused more problems than solutions.

It was a shame to witness such a bad RP session from someone who is trusted to be a police officer. Especially after hearing that you were involved in an emergency shock therapy.

Don't get me wrong by thinking I made this thread to ban you. This is purely a report as to show what you have done wrong. I would hope to see a more realistic and a better role-play session from you in the future as I think that this particular one was a bad start. Hopefully you can improve on your life and death situations to a more realistic approach.

The report will be redacted if you apologise to all those involved. It caused a lot of problems on our side and resulted in a lot of unnecessary encounters with police as well as a loss of time which is important on a server such as Altis Life.

Im sure the same thing has happened to you at one point, where you get killed as a civilian and you then have to trek around to get all your clothing and night vision. It makes the session rather boring.

Hopefully you learn that your actions have consequences on all the others involved and that you can adapt and negotiate out of a situation rather than 'shoot first, ask questions later.'
