That's because no one has replied yet... If you are patient and let the Staff handle it in their time, let them. They do this in THEIR free time and unbans are the lowest priority.
This is what your unban will say when staff replies to it (Awaiting Player) - This means that the Staff have replied, but you need to respond. If you have responded and it still says (Awaiting Player)m just wait.
