As seen in the recent image posted here;

He is using some sort of cheats. He may be the reason the whole server is crashed currently.

Incorrect, that antihack means nothing and it means that his client cached something wrong. If any of the numbers were greater than one then it is a issue, the server was rebooted. It was because the autoreboot did not work. All is functioning again.
