I'm not even sure if you can own house inside the H.M compound but as far as I know it's not against the rules to storage your gold in your house during a combat but the basics you Can't store your vehicles etc

You are perfectly allowed to store Gold Bars into a house I mean during combat not sure that would make a difference because if you are storing it in your house for example if you have one exactly in the compound I'm almost certain the police would catch on and raid it immediately. #Spectre

As Saul said A CLASSIFIED  operation would occur at your household of occupation if caught transporting CLASSIFIED by the police.

But it's perfectly allowed as long as you only store it in a house and not in a vehicle before.
