The same as if you would on any other gun... right click.
I'd suggest, as it sounds like you are new to the game, watching some basic how to videos on youtube to get yourself generalised with the game. Arma is quite mechanical and requires a little bit of knowledge.

In addition to what was said above,
if you press and hold right click, you simply zoom in.
if you tap right click you aim down sight. When ADS, you can press and hold right click again and zoom in more.
If you are looking down a scope, Ctrl and right click to stay zoomed in
