so i realised that i cant pull a assault rifle of my back like i can with a pistol, is there a button to pull it out once i press shift+h

Scroll wheel and it will give you the option to select either your primary or secondary. Depends as to which one you holstered/ last hand in your hand.

 

[Tampy]

Shift+F pulls out your last holstered gun.

Alternatively you can scroll wheel as @Samatlewiss suggested
